1. When purchasing a course payment must be made at the time of booking.

2. Evolve CPD reserves the right to alter the programme, date, venue and speakers should this become necessary.

3. In the event of cancellation of a course by Evolve CPD, course fees will be refunded in full.

4. Evolve CPD will not be liable for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by delegates.                                                                                          

5. Fees will not be refunded if a cancellation is made within the 30 days prior to the course commencing. However the delegate may be offered the choice to transfer to another course if one is available.

6. Cancellations made before this time will incur an administration charge of 25% of the full course fee.

7. Booked places can be transferred to another person (no charge), this must be done as soon as possible via written permission.
