*Physiology of wounds - An understanding of the physiology of healing and the processes behind positive wound progression will help delegates better understand the role of wound dressings and decision making for wound closure.

*Factors in healing delay - There are a range of common reasons for healing delay. The consequences prolong treatment, increase costs and ultimately impact animal welfare. A better understanding of how they delay healing will mean they are better avoided and managed.

*Bandaging; the physics behind the practice - The cause of many issues, a bandage can be the most dangerous of devices. By exploring the physics behind the issues we’ll help you find better, safer ways to bandage and immobilise to aid healing.

* A practical bandaging session – this will cover all your bandaging demons including padding between toes, making doughnuts, heads and tails, and the open versus closed toe debate.
